If you check the cancellation of your company and give them to someone new and young, are you nervous? It is a very common problem with companies who see their business, by a younger employee. Many young people tend to be very rebellious and disobedient. This is not something new, but seems the numbers for this type of behavior at an alarming rate to increase.
